AREAS OF OVERSIGHT AT PCC

BIO
Rob VanWey is responsible for the overall operations of Pinellas Community Church (PCC). He directly oversees human resources, church finances, facilities, and stewardship development of members in addition to helping shape the overall direction and leadership of the church. As part of the executive team, Rob also helps with personnel development of staff members. Prior to joining PCC in 2008, Rob was a hotel owner and operator with a national franchise chain where he led teams to maximize profitability, consistent performance, and exceptional guest and team satisfaction. There he gained a broad knowledge of personnel management and leadership of multiple teams in various locations while motivating the staff to deliver high performance and outstanding service. Rob is passionate about developing people into all that God created them to be. He is dedicated to using his skills and passions to increase the effectiveness of PCC, more importantly, Rob is passionate about seeing lives changed to becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Rob and his wife, Linda, have four boys; Sam, Joe, Phil, and Trevor. The oldest, Sam, is married to Marion.
