What has Jesus done for you?
People matter to God. That foundational truth is why Pinellas Community Church is a church where people can hear a clear, contemporary presentation of the gospel, relate to others who have decided to follow Jesus and respond to the life-changing good news of the gospel.
We believe that every believer in Christ has a mission in life. Jesus commissioned his followers to go into the world and share the Good News of His offer of forgiveness to those who believe (Matthew 28:18-20).
"Jesus came and told his disciples, 'I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."'
Our mission has not changed. God has called each of us to share what Christ has done for us with others. This happens in a very individual way for every believer. We are not all called to be preachers or teachers. Not everyone is gifted to go door to door and talk to complete strangers, but we all share the same mission of doing the work of evangelism in a way that is natural for our individual personality.
