At Pinellas Community Church, we value changed lives. The only thing that can change a human life is the life-giving power that comes from a fresh start Jesus Christ. Life change happens as each person allows God's spirit to mold and shape them through growth opportunities. Biblical disciplines help us grow by exercising our spiritual life through a defined process, and by living with purpose.

Because people matter to God...they will always matter to us!
At PCC, we value PEOPLE. We believe that since people matter to God, they must matter to us. Therefore, we offer age-appropriate ministries to children and youth; we make every effort to make guests feel welcomed and included in our church family; and we seek to meet the practical needs of families within our community.

We will always strive for Excellence...we will always strive to do our best!
At PCC, we value EXCELLENCE. Our heart is to do everything to the very best of our ability. Excellence defined is "doing the best that you can with what you have." We believe excellence happens when we are intentional in our behavior and when we follow through with what we purpose.

The Bible is the most relevant book of the day and we will communicate it that way!
At PCC, we value RELEVANT MESSAGES. We believe the Bible is the foundation of our lives and the most relevant book of the day. In it are the words to life and answers to every issue we face. We strive to communicate its timeless message in a contemporary, understandable way, so that God's principles are relevant and practical to our daily lives.

We are better together!
At PCC, we value COMMUNITY. We believe that a relationship with God is the daily goal of every believer. Serving and loving God is practically lived out in our relationships with other believers. We strive to grow, serve, share, and love God and the world together. Though we are diverse, it is the love of Christ that is the glue that holds us together.

We serve God by serving others!
At PCC, we value SERVANTHOOD. Each Christ follower has been given a spiritual gift. Therefore, it should be their goal to learn how to best serve God by learning how to serve their church family. Together we are serving God and building a church made of living stones (men, women, youth, boys, and girls).

We become what we are committed to!
At PCC, we value COMMITMENT. We become what we are committed to. Our commitments define the direction in which our lives are moving and are measured in the way in which we invest our time, talents, and treasures.

If you're going to be a real person, you've got to be real with God and you've got to be real with others!
At PCC, we value AUTHENTICITY. God accepts us just the way we are. However, we are glad He doesn't leave us there but lovingly and consistently encourages us to grow to be like Christ. Therefore, we accept one another as Christ accepts us without having to be perfect. We believe and practice that relationships should be developed in an honest, safe, and open environment that allows people to be real.

We will do a few things...but we will do them well!
At PCC, we value SIMPLICITY. We believe that everything should be done with a clear purpose, a defined direction, and a focused effort so that the mission and vision of Pinellas Community Church is accomplished.
