C.L.A.S.S. 101 – Introduction To Our Church Family

Get started! You don’t have to become a member to attend this class. Come and check us out. We want to share what we believe and where we’re going.  We will explain our beliefs on salvation, our purpose, how we operate, and the history and plans of our church. At the end of class, you will be given the opportunity to consider membership. No pressure -- if you decide that PCC is not where God is leading you, we’ll be happy to help you find another church.

“…You are a member of God’s very own family…and you belong in God’s household with every other Christian.”  (Ephesians 2:19 LB)

C.L.A.S.S. 201 – Discovering My Spiritual Maturity

Do you want to “become” like Jesus? God wants you to take your next step spiritually. C.L.A.S.S. 201 will help you develop habits to jump-start your spiritual life and help you “become” more like Jesus.

Spiritual growth is not so much about "doing" as it is also about "becoming" -- becoming more like Christ. It's a lifetime journey that takes patience, commitment, and intentional focus. C.L.A.S.S. 201 will give you an overview of three basic spiritual habits every Christian needs for their journey: daily time with God (prayer and Bible study), giving, and fellowship. Ultimately, the Christian life is about building an intimate relationship with Jesus as the Holy Spirit changes us from the inside out.

As part of C.L.A.S.S. 201 you will see the value of Christian relationships and learn how hundreds of people at PCC have grown by becoming part of a Small Group; an opportunity to connect with other believers in a deeper, more personal way.

“As the Spirit of the Lord works within us, we become more and more like him and reflect his glory even more”. (2 Corinthians 3:18b NLT)

C.L.A.S.S. 301- Discovering My Ministry

God has given each of us the opportunity to serve others and make a real difference in someone's life. Did you know that God created you with special gifts intended for His purposes? When you serve others in Jesus' name, that's called ministry.

God didn’t design ministry for just a few -- He has made each one of us a minister. In C.L.A.S.S. 301 you’ll learn how God can use your Spiritual gifts, Heart (passions), Abilities, Personality, and Experiences (S.H.A.P.E) to minister to the needs of others.  We all have a S.H.A.P.E. by God with individual gifts and talents that are to be used to support the Body of Christ, building up the church and reaching out to the world with Christ’s love.

”For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:10)

C.L.A.S.S. 401 – Discovering My Mission

God created you with a purpose. Your gifts, personality and story, will touch people and help connect them to Christ. Your life experiences can be a bridge to a friend or family member who is seeking Christ.

Your own personal story of how God has worked in your life is one of the most effective ways to connect people to God. In C.L.A.S.S. 401, you will develop a personal perspective of the Gospel message, develop your personal story of how God has worked in your life, and build confidence in sharing your story with others.

Your life mission…the greatest adventure of your life!

“In your hearts set apart Christ as Lord.  Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.”  (Peter 3:15)
